Wheee, this is the first time I've played along with the Cloud 9 Blog Hop!
I decided to go with all of the pumpkins in the inspiration piece, using the Pretty Patches Pumpkin set and came out here ...
I used Country Charm patches to mount them on and a sentiment from Happy Harvest (I've had a LOT of fun with that set!)
A white gel pen came in handy for some faux stitching and the background was lightly texturised using Hero Arts Envelope Pattern stamp!

I love that you went for an autumn theme rather than Halloween, and your pumpkins are totally sweet! The faux stitching and "textured" background add perfect finishing touches. :)
